1. Can we meet you?
 

My name is Anifowose Oluwadare David. I currently work as an Account Manager and Strategist at Redot Advertising Agency

2. What initially drew you to the Business Analysis program?
 

I was initially drawn to Business Analysis because of my love for problem-solving and analytic skills, which the program encompasses. It bridges the gap between business strategy and technology.
 

3. What were you doing before you joined the Business Analysis program, and how did you hear about us?
 

Before joining the Business Analysis program, I worked as a Strategist in an advertising agency. I came across the program through an online ad.
 

4. What was your favorite part of the Business Analysis program?
 

My favorite parts of the program were the lectures (kudos to my lecturer, Damilola Ojo), the hands-on projects, and the real-world case studies. 
 

These practical experiences allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to actual business scenarios, solidifying my understanding and boosting my confidence in my analytical abilities.
 

5. How has the Business Analysis program impacted your career or personal growth?
 

The program has significantly impacted my career by providing me with a solid foundation in strategic planning, Data Analysis, and Project Management.
 

6. Can you share a specific project or achievement you accomplished because of the skills you gained from the program?
 

One of the notable achievements was the capstone project we handled, as we were able to work on a foreign loan app to increase its effectiveness and about 13% increase in signed-up users.

 

7. How have these skills helped you solve real-world problems in your job?
 

The skills I gained from the BA program have helped me in solving real-world problems by identifying key insights and developing actionable strategies. This analytical approach has enhanced the effectiveness of campaigns and improved overall client satisfaction.
 

8. What are your future career goals, and how do you see your Business Analysis skillsets helping you achieve them?
 

To transition fully into the tech industry, the BA skills I have acquired will be crucial in understanding and leveraging data to drive business decisions, develop innovative solutions, and optimize processes. 
 

9. What challenges did you face while studying, and how did you overcome them?
 

The main challenge I faced was balancing the demands of my job with the numerous time-bound assignments. I was able to overcome this by setting clear priorities, creating a structured timetable, and leveraging the support of Utiva’s community.
 

10. What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling in the Business Analysis program?
 

Go for it, the program is rewarding. It equips people with a versatile skill set that is highly applicable across various industries. Utiva becomes buddies right from enrollment till completion and even after.
 

11. Can you share any tips for success that you learned during your time in the program?
 

Stay curious and proactive. Engage with the course materials and don’t hesitate to ask questions, networking with fellow students and instructors.
